You can take this to mean a spring clean, or clearing and cleaning any angry argumentative residue left in the ‘air’. When you sense heaviness or unhappiness clinging to any corners, time for a clean up.
This is also useful for a home which has experienced a death of someone.
Clearing old Souls – How to do it yourself…..
First open the windows in the major rooms in the house about 2″ or 5 cm.
Then stand at the front door, hand on handle and swing the door open and closed a few times, creating a vacuum and moving the energy in and out
Then you can place clear quartz crystals, any size will do, and place in one corner of each major room, creating a grid in your home. Then strike each crystal with a high sounding tool, like a tuning fork and this sound will resonate out into the home, with the frequency of divine love.

Space Clearing on a regular basis is very important because the spaces between furniture, on furniture, carpets, curtains and anything you see in rooms, all hold emotional energy which can interfere with our vibration.
If there is clutter also building up in spaces, it tends to hold the grubby energy and stagnate that particular area which resonates out to the world on a morphic field basis.
Clearing Emotional Residue
You will need about 1 -2 hours of time and
- Intention
- Crystals
- Coarse Sea Salt
- Candle
- Flowers
- A pleasant sounding bell
- Incense or sage
- A spray bottle of water with eg rose and lavender essential oil mixed in.
Optional: go round all the rooms you intend to clean and place the salt in all the corners, leave for 24 hours and then sweep up.
Wilth sacred intention, centre yourself to your highest connection to Source, to Mother Earth / the Planet, and ask for assistance from the angelic world to clean and clear any lingering negative, angry particles….and bring in lots of love and happiness and peace.
Start by clapping round the walls of each room, especially the corners, then smoking/smudging them, then finish off spraying with lavender water mix and then say your thankyou’s to spirit.
This process really makes a space feel much more energetic, and filled with possibilities and lots of love,
